3. Hosting and Infrastructure

The Site is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc., with data stored on Supabase (EU region, Frankfurt) and file storage via Cloudflare R2. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).

4. Regulatory Framework

The Service provides software tools to help organizations create and manage Digital Product Passports (DPPs). Hoken Tech S.r.l. acts as a software provider and does not, by itself, act as the economic operator responsible for the products registered through the Service. Compliance with sector-specific obligations under the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), the Digital Product Passport framework, and other applicable regulations remains the responsibility of each customer as the party placing the product on the market.

Notarization and timestamping features leverage public blockchain networks (EOS/Vaulta) and qualified trust service providers (QTSPs) in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation (EU) 910/2014 and the Italian Digital Administration Code (D.Lgs. 82/2005).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and graphic elements published on the Site are the exclusive property of Hoken Tech S.r.l. and its licensors, unless otherwise indicated. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
