Price Transparency (Omnibus)

1. Purpose

In accordance with the EU Omnibus Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/2161) and applicable consumer protection legislation, we publish the following price transparency information for the Hoken Pass platform. Where a price reduction is announced, the reference (previous) price displayed is the lowest price applied by us in the thirty (30) days before the reduction, unless otherwise stated.

2. Subscription Plans

All prices are in Euro (EUR). Prices for paid plans are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required by law.

Annual billing corresponds to the monthly price multiplied by twelve (12) months and is invoiced in advance for the full year.

3. One-Time Services

• Blockchain notarization (single passport): €10.00 per passport, charged once at the time of notarization.

One-time service prices are published at the point of purchase and, where a reduction is applied, the previous price shown reflects the lowest price applied in the 30 days preceding the reduction.

4. Price Reductions and Promotions

• Any advertised price reduction is clearly presented alongside the reference price.
• The reference price is the lowest price applied to the same service in the thirty (30) days before the reduction, in line with the Omnibus Directive.
• Promotional codes, trial offers, and limited-time discounts are shown with their applicable terms at the point of use.
• We do not artificially inflate prices before announcing a discount.

5. Price Changes

We may update prices from time to time. For recurring subscriptions, price changes affecting renewals will be communicated with reasonable notice before the renewal date, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Prices on this page are updated when a change occurs; the date of last update is shown at the top of this page.

6. Taxes

Prices are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes. Where required, taxes are added at checkout and shown before payment is completed. For business customers providing a valid VAT number, reverse-charge may apply in accordance with applicable law.
